INON Inc. will provide X-2 user optional modification to add two Nikonos 5 pin type synch connector from May 26^th, 2006.
This modification enables X-2 housing to connect compatible external strobe(s) via electrical cable[*1].

This modification uses camera's "PC terminal" to take strobe synch signal out. So the optional synch connector wiring is 『Ｘ synch only』.
When connecting external strobe to this optional synch connector, there may be operational limitation(s) of the strobe.
・"S-TTL/TTL Auto" is unusable.
・Shutter linked Focus Light turning ON function is unusable.
